Multiple sources have confirmed to Drag Illustrated that Austin Prock - fresh off his second consecutive NHRA Funny Car world title - along with crew chief Jimmy Prock and assistant crew chief Thomas Prock, has informed John Force Racing of their departure. Official word has not yet been released, but our sources on this are rock solid. We’ve reached out to all parties for comment and will update as more information becomes available.

Pick Your Part Night of Destruction for Saturday has been canceled. Here is a photo of the track from this morning. The infield, which is used for the Figure 8s, Figure 8 Trailers, and Mini Stock races, has a couple of lakes on it. In addition, the Night of Destruction pit area is flooded.
