Another 10 ‘O’ Clock News Feature on Weight Loss Medication this evening. We knew this would happen, once the Medication has become licensed and accessible online for the general public to purchase.

Our worry always was, the pure ease of purchasing the medication whilst hiding behind a home devise.

One young girl in particular currently being treated with an NG (Nasal Gastric) feeding tube, living with Anorexia was ordering her weight loss pen from her hospital bed.

We welcome and hope the pre ordering checks become more rigorous and not so easy accessible to just anybody.

We’ve said this many times before, but the issue is not the medication. This medication can help towards improving health and as a
result change the lives of thousands living with obesity.

Yet some practitioners and the Black Market out there, who are not truly caring about their patients’s health and wellbeing, are causing many problems for the reputation and credibility of this drug. More importantly the safety of our patients.

Please be mindful of who is looking after you whilst you order this drug blind. A face to face consultation and support throughout the plan is what you should be wanting for yourself.

The 6pm News tonight reports the heartbreaking story of a lady who tragically died 4 days post her injection, after using the Weight Loss Medication ~ Tirzepatide.

It’s absolutely shocking that not only was the so called “Tirzepitide” she was (supposed to be) injected with, was not actually a prescribed medication and furthermore, was NOT actually Tirzepatide at all, but an off licenced drug.

In addition to this major red flag, the Beauty Therapist only charging £20 per injection was evidently selling medication on the Black Market.

This report should speak for itself and not need us to stress yet again the importance of NOT purchasing these drugs without a prescription generated by a Pharmacist post medical assessment, forms are filled and signed.

Our thoughts are with this ladies children and family tonight, after beimg left shocked once again.

We believe the way forward for managing weight and physical/mental health, in general, IS 100% NUTRITION.

“Weekend Food for Thoughts”

The National Institute for Health Clinical Excellence (NICE) says we can not separate the inequalities of making healthier food choices from the inequalities of areas where we live (deprived and affluent communities).

Furthermore we all know that unheathy foods and drinks are “cheaper to buy” than the more healthier foods. But given that the average price of our shopping baskets today are 30% higher than they were in 2022, this is contributing to the inequalities of what choices we can make and ultimately our health will pay the price!!!

At Mr Ronnie’s, one of our fundamental principles, as a local, new, fast food outlet, is to bridge this gap between the lack of healthier food (less salt, sugar and fat) choices accessible to adults and children from all our local communities.

Today more than ever, it is vital that healthier food and drink choices, especially those containing less sugar, salt and fat, are accessible to all of us.

We will be working closely with our sister business Just Breathe Just Breathe Community Nutrition Club to make positive changes to this national yet more importantly ‘our local community’ problem and are very excited about what positive difference this is set to make to us all. We will do our best to make healthy foods more affordable and accessible to all 💚💫

I8/10/25 ~ Can’t keep the secret much longer)!

If anybody is watching the Welsh News this evening, there is a massive feature on the extent of the national Obesity Crisis. Furthermore the effects it has on all of our physical and mental health amd wellbeing, let alone the strain of NHS and other stretched services.

As most of our followers know, Just Breathe has championed the need for change and assisted hundreds of people to start their journey to losing their own unhealthy weight, during this time. We continue to be committed to doing so after our founder Claire Edwards’s own life changing 7st weight loss over 4 years ago. She has sustained this weight loss to date, through nutrition education and most importantly daily self accountability.

Unfortunately we have had to overcome some unforseen personal hurdles regarding health and issues with our location, over this course of time. It almost nearly sent us under water however, with our mantra “Just Breathe” that’s exactly what we did and day by day, week by week and month by month we started to fight back.

TONIGHT, after the news have announced change and help is coming for the o obesity crisis, we feel it appropriate to let you all know that Just Breathe is very happy to announce to everybody that in conguntion with our sister Nutritious Food Business Mr Ronnies Nutritious Catering, WE ARE COMING BACK!!

Supported by our MP’s and The Welsh Government, we have set out plans to tackle and help with the National Health Crisis in our own home town of Prestatyn.

Just Breathe Community Nutrition Club will be opening SOON and will be a club for the whole family to come, meet up, be supported, try out nutritious delicious foods, learn what foods do for us, educating ourselves on foods and more importantly learning how and the importance of daily SELF ACCOUNTABILITY!

We wanted to write this post to update you about recent changes to the cost of Mounjaro (Tirzepatide), a treatment many of you rely on as part of your weight management journey.

Due to global increases in supply and distribution costs, we have had to adjust the pricing of your Mounjaro

We have absorbed as much of this rise as possible, but a small increase is necessary to maintain safe prescribing.

💚MOUNJARO NEW PRICING STRUCTURE💚

Good Morning Guys. Wednesday again already, crazy where the weeks are going. So, just to let you know that the ‘New’ Price Structure for Mounjaro medication ~ Tirzepatide is IN. It isn’t as bad as we anticipated, when broken down into per week/per injection and cost per day. Nevertheless unfortunately the increase now applies guys.

As we explained earlier in the week. We have worked closely with our pharmacies and fellow Registered Nurses to keep the prices as similar to your usual prices.

From a business perspective the profit margins are narrowed significantly with these pens, these days. Therefore, we work on volume rather than individual price hikes. That’s how we can help
You, keep them low as possible.

That said, this is a national issue and totally out of our controls.

✅REF TO - MOUNJARO INCREASE from SEPTEMBER 1st..TODAY

Over the past 4 years, as you know I have worked with and helped (in the region of) 100’s of people, to lose unhealthy weight.

For what ever their own personal story has been, to lose their weight, just like myself losing 7 stone 4 years ago, I know exactly how important getting hold of this medication is, to help you stay on track, for the life changer you’ve wanted for so long.

🎙️Life AFTER ‘The Pen’, and FOUR years later….

….Do you actually ever think of the AFTERWARDS before you sign up, to this ‘Magic Drug’ that’s been pushed infront of you (by businesses) for so long now?

YES weightloss is inevitable, but what about AFTER you lose that unhealthy, life changing weight? What then?
Surely you don’t expect to stay medicated forever? That wouldn’t be safe or good for your body, would it?

People still ask me today, “How have you kept 7st weight loss off”?

After years of dieting and an unhealthy and uneducated relationship with food and after using the medication in 2021, I took so much more than just the inevitable weightloss, to make sure this became a “No going back” life change.

Guys I learned that by shifting even just 10 % of my energy from horrible processed foods (UPFs) to homemade ‘minimally’ processed meals your life can change massively forever.

It’s no secret, that what you eat impacts your health. But, thanks to a new study, we have a better idea of how eating heavily processed foods affects our bodies and minds AND more importantly what happens when you cut them out of your diet.

A (small) study has found by cutting heavily processed foods consumption in half led to significant health benefits, including more energy and an average weight loss of nearly 8 pounds.

Just by making small changes like learning about NUTRITION, eating whole, homemade foods, reading the nutritional values on packets as well as managing sugar regulation ie counting carbs, proteins etc…
