After weeks of watching the sky, checking the radar, and trying not to get our hopes up… RAIN. ACTUAL RAIN.

The pastures needed it. The animals needed it. The ponds needed it. And the ranchers definitely needed it.

We had a great time at the Eastravagana Show this weekend. We are so thankful to Kristy, Rebecca, and Janice for putting on such a fun show! The friendship and fellowship of the Texas Boer Goat Association reminds us of why we raise these (sometimes infuriating) animals.

We are really proud of the boys as they continue to learn and develop. We took 6 head and every animal won at least one class.
