25-year-old Bryon Morgan was arrested on charges of criminal possession of a forged instrument and second degree trespassing.
Arrested by the Bellevue Police Department at 3:55p.m., Morgan faces court as a pre-trial felon on Thursday at 8:30a.m.
A forged instrument is written instrument of false or altered information for the purpose of the individual defrauding or deceiving another person or institution.
Criminal possession of a forged instrument can include but is not limited to: state identification cards, medical records and credit cards.
Second degree trespassing is considered when an individual unlawfully enters a premise in which there are fencing or barricades preventing unauthorized persons to enter.
