Interns work on real events that support real women-owned businesses—from planning our workshops and annual Summit to organizing virtual events that help women plan and grow their business around the globe.

We launch our internship program every fall, spring, and summer!

Tuscaloosa, get ready to work with and be absolutely amazed by Meka Arriell with , her work is simply phenomenal!!!! She specializes in balloons, decor, and more.

We are blessed to have her as a GROW & Flourish community member and a sponsor for our recent business summit.

Her balloon arch was beautiful, so many women complimented it, and she blew me away with her kindness and professionalism.

So many of us are building businesses, families, and dreams—but somewhere along the way, we lose touch with the woman behind it all.

This powerful conversation with Dr. Leslie Evans, Kelley Bond, Erin Hinz, and Whitni Molden reminded us that rest isn’t a reward.

It’s a necessity.

And reclaiming space for yourself isn’t selfish—it’s how we sustain our vision and business long term.

We talked about:
