Happy Valentine's Day! 💙

Here are the Mixed Berries Pop Tarts and Galette (from leftovers) I made for this holiday!

I made an extra flaky crust and a filling with strawberries, blueberries and blackberries to try to recreate my favorite Wild Berries Pop Tarts. 🍓🫐
I tried making tiny hearts for decorations and I couldn't get them perfect (it was my first time working with this glaze recipe), but it's okay! 😅

I hope you all enjoy your time with yourselves 🙃 and your loved ones.
And of course, enjoy some sweet treats.

I want to share with you my 3-in-1 cake designs I made for our Thanksgiving dinner!
This is one Pumpkin Cake recipe (divided in two cakes) with Cinnamon Pumpkin Pie Spice Buttercream!
I've been in the mood for making fun shaped cakes lately to try to challenge myself and I've been enjoying the process so much. 😊
I had so much fun making these cakes and can't wait to cut them!

It's spooky season! 👻

I made a simple and fun Cookies and Cream cake with a Black Chocolate buttercream.
I didn't have a clear idea of how I wanted the cake to look, but I knew I wanted to make a graveyard.
I used candy melts/wafers for the chocolate decorations and had a lot of fun making them (specifically the tree)!

I'm back to share this cake I made for my sister's birthday today! 💙

She is currently studying Clinical Psychology, so I wanted to challenge myself again and make her a brain cake.

Things didn't go exactly as planned, so the cake could have been better, but I am still proud of it!
So happy to celebrate with my other half on her special day! 🎉

Pumpkin season is back! 🍂

Two years ago I made my boyfriend's mom a pumpkin cake and everyone loved it, but looking back, the decoration was kind of 'meh'.
This year I wanted to make her the same cake but in the shape of a pumpkin.
I don't have much experience with 3D cakes (only a few previous ones with simple shapes) and I was VERY scared of attempting this, but I am so proud of it!
This just became my favorite cake! 🙃
