Generational investment (including major grant proceeds) continues in Downtown Norton via major upgrade to freestanding historic building known as “SIDLES” south of Thistle Blooms on the corner of US Hwy 283 and W Washington street.

The Downtown Revive & Thrive Program aims to repurpose existing infrastructure and transform it into business incubators.
