miraculously after being so sick i felt like i was melting for days (not COVID and fever broke 48 hrs before i shipped out to nyc!) and losing my voice entirely, i was able to make enough sound to sing one of my favorite songs. i had sung it for the first time in days at soundcheck and was inhaling cough drops to make sure something was there by the night, and thankfully i did it with only one lyric mistake!
