Just Announced: Neon Paint Tour returns to Downtown Los Angeles on Black Friday November 25th. Taking place inside The Belasco Theatre w/ , , + a huge special surprise guest. For the first time ever we will have two Paint Stages w/ 10,000 gallons of non-toxic neon paint being blasted into the crowd. Doors open from 9pm-4am, this event is 18 & over.
