Nestled along the beautiful Susquehanna River, Owego, New York, is one of the Southern Tier's most historic and scenic communities. Known for its charming downtown, rich history, and welcoming atmosphere, Owego offers breathtaking views in every season. The town's name comes from an Iroquois word meaning "where the valley widens," a fitting description of the beautiful landscape that surrounds it.

This aerial photograph was captured by Aerial Drone Photography LLC, based in Marathon, New York. From high above, the unique beauty of Owego can be seen in a way that few people experience—from the winding Susquehanna River to the historic streets and surrounding countryside.
