Vacation was amazing. The food was amazing too.

And tomorrow I’m starting a 7-Day Kickstart. But this isn’t punishment for what I ate on vacation. I’m not detoxing.
I’m not starving myself. And I’m definitely not spending seven days obsessing over the scale.

I’m getting intentional again.

Protein first.
Lots of water.
Movement every day.
Strength training.
Running.
Prioritizing sleep.
My daily wellness routine.

Basically, all those little things I KNOW make me feel better when I’m doing them consistently.

At 54, I’m learning I don’t need another extreme plan. I need consistency and I know there are women in the same boat as me. So I will be documenting the the meals, the workouts, the products I use. The good days. The struggles. And hopefully some wins along the way.

Let’s see what seven days of getting back to basics can do.

August can be a funny month.

Summer isn’t over, but maybe some of the routines you started it with have disappeared somewhere between vacations, cookouts, travel and just…life. And if you’ve been telling yourself, “I’ll get back on track in September,” I have a better idea.

Why wait?

August 17th, we’re starting a 7-Day Body Kickstart, and it’s simply about spending one week getting back to doing the things that help us FEEL better.

For 7 days, we’re focusing on:

• Simple, realistic meals
• Daily movement
• Hydration
• Accountability
• Encouragement and support
• Simple products that support your routine

No crazy rules.
No trying to overhaul your entire life in seven days.
And definitely no waiting until Monday, September, January or some other magical date to start taking care of yourself.

Just 7 days of choosing yourself again.

And after coming home from vacation, I’m right there with you. I’m getting back into my own routines, workouts, nutrition and the habits that make me feel my best.

We start August 17th.

Want to do it with me? Comment KICKSTART and I’ll send you the details.

Back to work today. And I’m grateful for the career that’s allowed me to build a wonderful life.

But every trip reminds me of something…

Time is our most valuable asset. More than money. More than stuff. More than almost anything else.

I’m working toward a future where I have more freedom to choose how I spend my mornings. More walks. More adventures. More coffee without watching the clock.

I’m not there yet.

But I’m building toward it one day, one decision, and one healthy habit at a time.

Watching women step into a healthier, more confident version of themselves never gets old.

This is Danyle. She didn’t find a magic pill. She made the decision to be consistent, support her body, and give it what it needed. Along the way, she incorporated cellular activation and wellness products into her routine, and the changes speak for themselves.

The difference isn’t just what you can see in these photos. It’s the energy, the confidence, and the way she feels living her life.

That’s why I share stories like this. Not because every journey looks the same, but because sometimes seeing what’s possible helps someone believe it’s possible for them, too.

If you’ve been wondering what I’ve been so excited about lately or have questions about how these products fit into a healthy lifestyle, send me a message. I’d love to share what we’re doing and see if it might be a good fit for you.

A new month always feels like a blank page.

Standing in Alaska this week reminded me how small our daily worries really are.

I’ve spent years thinking health had to mean perfection.

Perfect eating.
Perfect workouts.
Perfect consistency.

But that’s not what this trip taught me.

I walked.
I explored.
I laughed.
I slept.
I fueled my body.
I enjoyed incredible meals.

Health isn’t about making your life smaller.

It’s about feeling good enough to make your life bigger.

August, I’m ready for another chapter.

14 days from today we are headed to Alaska!

A few years ago, I probably would have spent all my time getting ready by buying new clothes.

This time feels different.
Yes, I’m excited about the rain jacket, hiking shoes, and all the fun travel gear.
But I’m spending just as much time preparing my body.
I’m walking because I want to enjoy every trail.
I’m strength training because I want to climb the stairs to the ship without thinking twice.
I’m focusing on protein, sleep, and recovery because I want the energy to soak in every moment.
At 54, I’ve realized that the best souvenir isn’t something you bring home.
It’s feeling healthy enough to fully experience the adventure.
That’s what I’m really preparing for.

Have you ever been to Alaska? If so, tell me your favorite memory or your best tip.

Huck was very concerned about my molecular hydrogen water this morning, so naturally I explained that it’s basically water infused with dissolved hydrogen gas (H₂), which researchers are studying for its potential antioxidant properties and possible benefits for recovery, inflammation, and cellular health.

Huck’s professional opinion?
Smells suspicious.
Tastes unavailable.
Would still prefer mud puddles.

I’m sticking with my hydrogen water.
He’s sticking with stealing socks.

Spent some time today revamping my 2026 goals and doing a big brain dump in my planner.

As I was writing everything down, I realized just how much this next chapter of life is evolving.

My boys are grown. One is out on his own, and one is getting there. I'm officially post-menopausal. I'm training for Disney races (shocker). Planning for Alaska (first trip in 5 years that all 4 of us will be on) )Working on getting healthier. Building a business. Raising two ridiculously energetic puppies.

There are so many things I want to do, experience, and become over the next few years.

To hold myself accountable, I need to document the journey.

The wins.The struggles.The lessons.The adventures.

So that's what you'll see more of here.

A woman in her 50s figuring it out as she goes, one goal, one dream, and one planner page at a time.

Welcome to my next chapter. ❤️

What's something you're working toward right now?

05/07/2026

The Terror Twins interrupted my work because apparently they needed to personally supervise the Mother’s Day specials.

Their official recommendations:
✔ collagen
✔ coffee
✔ anything with free gifts

Honestly… they make compelling arguments.

Message me if you want the specials before they’re gone.

None of these feel like a big deal in the moment

But over time?
They absolutely are

And this is exactly where I’ve found myself lately

Not completely off… just enough that I can feel it

That’s why this month for me is about getting back to the basics

Nothing extreme
just consistent

If you’ve been feeling stuck… it might not be willpower

It might just be a few small things stacking up
