I had a bunch of cubed steak in my freezer and I got this bright idea to grind it up and turn it into homemade beef jerky. Now I know what you are thinking…can she do this. To be honest I asked myself that same question! 🤣 I honestly didn’t know how it would turn out but I wanted to give it a try. I marinated my meat overnight with seasoning and cure and then in the morning piped it into my beef jerky strips. I added it to my favorite pellet smoker and smoked it for six hours at 180°. This turned out absolutely amazing and I am very impressed in myself! 🤗 Did you know that you could make beef jerky in your smoker? Now you do!!! 🙌 Blackstone Products
