Rocket Mortgage accused of discriminating against Black homeowner who sought to refinance; Rocket also is accused of retaliating against her when she reported the discrimination by canceling her mortgage refinance application, the U.S. Justice Department said Monday in a news release.

Feds say appraiser used data from a different neighborhood to undervalue a Black woman's Denver home. Rocket calls lawsuit a 'massive overreach.'

According to fortune, the average American spends $330,000 on rent before purchasing their first home.

Included in this stat- rental payments, utilities, and other cost associated with renting.
With the average timeframe being between renting at 22 yrs old, to home ownership at 35 yrs old.

Of course, location can impact these stats as well. Places like Texas are still below the national average. Wow places like Hawaii are on the higher end, and could land renters around $600,000.

📸 Closing dump

My schedule is crazy, is it’s time for a dump!

These are and first time home buyers!

They all experienced how everyone’s process is not the same as others.
There were multiple deals that fell apart between all of these buyers for multiple reasons.
Though frustrated, they all stayed the course, and trusted my guidance, knowledge, and advise throughout their process.

Sometimes clients time frames rather it’s the buyer or seller’s schedules can be issues in a process.
We all know sometimes it can be issues with the properties, and then sometimes there are issues with buyers and underwriting.

Patience, persistence, and intension are very important in the real estate process. May we pray people with market interests that don’t exactly come will patients in stock 😂🙏🏽

In the end, the outcomes outweighed their frustrations. They were all satisfied clients!
