Fall to spring in one spot. This Edge 2 Pro with a solar panel survived being literally buried in the Upper Peninsula snow never maintained other than a dig out. Never stopped taking pictures and never touched batteries. Just brushed away some snow. These things literally are a game changer for monitoring a location. At the time of this post it is going on over a year of zero maintenance other than setting it back up after some bear curiosity.
