My nursing brain wants a protocol. Digital marketing basically said, “Good luck with the algorithm.” 😂
In nursing, there’s usually a policy, procedure, or at least someone who can point you in the right direction.
Becoming a digital creator? Not so much.
You can post consistently, follow the advice, change your strategy…and still wonder what the heck you’re doing some days.
I’m learning that this journey isn’t about mastering everything. It’s about being willing to experiment, fail, adjust, and keep showing up.
And for a nurse who likes answers? That might be the hardest part.
