Ahh the mustard fumes are scorching the leaves. But really nice Nunda spotlight.
JKD Fall Foliage Report ( #3): No question, the chilly overnight temps last week jumpstarted the autumn color around the region. Captured all of these images today in the higher elevation areas of Livingston or Wyoming counties. Places like Portageville, Nunda, Pike and Genesee Falls. There’s still a lot of green out there, but impressive pockets of color are evident. We are a long ways from outstanding color, but this is an impressive start as we officially begin the fall season Monday. Will be curious to see how the heat from this weekend impacts things.
