This will be clearly itemized on your monthly invoices. I appreciate your continued partnership and support as I take these steps to ensure KORE remains a healthy, sustainable resource for our community.

2025, you were a lot.

I’m sitting at my desk looking back at the last 12 months and "thankful" doesn't even cover it. This year wasn't always easy—there were pivots I didn't see coming, long nights at my desk, and a few "back to the drawing board" moments. But honestly? I wouldn't trade the lessons for anything.

To the clients who stuck by me, the neighbors who reached out, and the community here that keeps me going—thank you. You made the hard days worth it and the good days unforgettable. I’m closing this chapter feeling a little more tired, but a whole lot stronger.

Stop scrolling: There’s a new rule for your Reels visibility.

The update cycle never stops, but this one is crucial for small businesses: Instagram is doubling down on Search/SEO within Reels.

Your Reels need to be labeled clearly. You must use keywords in the on-screen text and description that truly describe the video (e.g., “Whidbey Island Painter” or “Small Business Strategy Tip”).

The platform needs to know what you’re showing so it can share your story with the right customers. Time to be aesthetic and strategic!
