We have been upgraded to a slight risk for severe thunderstorms later this evening as a line is beginning to develop in E Indiana currently. Additional pop up storms ahead of the line is possible too. Damaging winds will be the main threat with any storms.

2 tornadoes have been confirmed near Rocky Ridge as a result of yesterday's storms

We have confirmed two tornadoes in Ottawa County near Rocky Ridge from the June 18th severe thunderstorms. Both of these tornadoes were rated an EF-0. See the graphic below for the details.

We want to thank everyone who shared their pictures and videos from last night's storms. We go from one hazard to another as next week we will be dealing with hot temperatures in the mid to upper 90's with heat indices between 105-110. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water and replenishing electrolytes often when outside. Have a great day everyone!

We have received confirmation of funnel clouds in both western and eastern Ottawa County tonight and at least 1 report of a brief touchdown near the Bono curve on the Lucas/Ottawa County line. Oak Harbor itself was technically under the tornado warning but the circulations were never near town itself. What did you see? Feel free to share your experience in the comments.
