DJ/KJ Internship — Summer 2025

Are you passionate about music, karaoke, and creating unforgettable experiences? Link in the comments. We’re looking for a motivated and creative individual this summer as a DJ/KJ Intern. This is a unique opportunity to assist in event prep, work directly with experienced DJs/KJs, gain hands-on exposure, and build your brand in the music industry.

What We’re Looking For:

Assist in creating promotional content such as snaps, stories, and short videos

Help maintain an active social media presence across platforms as an influencer

Record and edit mixes for social media and portfolio use

Assist in the setup and breakdown of sound and lighting equipment before and after gigs

Shadow DJs or KJs during live performances and provide on-site support

Teach and assist with software or hardware like Serato, Rekordbox, Traktor, or CDJs

What You’ll Gain:

Real-world DJ/KJ experience

Mentorship and hands-on training

Music production and event planning skills

A letter of recommendation upon successful completion

How to Apply:

Duration: Summer 2025 (May–October)

Compensation: unpaid

Applicants must be 18+ and able to travel to local events
