Late Entry fees have been waived! If you missed the August 15th deadline to show in West Springfield, you now have until August 31st to enter!

Eight hours and 230 evaluated Holsteins later, Judge Ryan Weigel could still say he had a fun time officiating the 2026 Midwest Summer National Holstein Show in Madison, Wisconsin. The cattle were of the highest quality, the weather was perfect, and the crowd totally appreciated his efforts! And Judge Weigel really liked his champions! Congratulations to all!

A marvelous Holstein heifer show from top to bottom and end to end - no easy task for Judge Ryan Weigel to select THE heifer at the 2026 Midwest Summer National Holstein Show in Madison, Wisconsin, this morning. After sorting through 154 Holstein heifers representing breeders from eight states, Judge Weigel found his favorite heifer and named her the Junior Champion of both the open and junior shows.

Genosource Headliner-ET (Haniko), 1st winter yearling, Katie Ledvina and Jacob Treml, Algoma, WI

Reserve Junior Champion:
