Even though I loved being a hummer mechanic in the Army, I always dreamt of a bigger life.
Here’s what I did to go from a hummer mechanic in the Army to where I’m at today:
1. NEVER feel sorry for yourself. Especially if others want to tell you that you’re a victim.
2. Befriend those who bring positive peer pressure
3. Read books on human nature, sales, leadership and business
4. Replaced Radio with Audio books
5. Upgrade vocabulary and eliminate certain words.
6. Attend 4-10 business conferences every year since 21 years old
7. Tracked my credit score, savings, investments every 18th of the month
8. Wrote out a list of affirmations that I laminated and read 2 times a day
9. Worked out 3-5 days a week (since 14 y/o)
10. Attended church EVERY Saturday or Sunday regardless of what was going on
None of the items on the list are extreme buy it requires discipline. I started seeing positive impact within 90 days.
Future looks bright!
