The founder of the legendary Tropical parties and crew out of Los Angeles—a.k.a. “Tropical Since ’98”—Ben is a true OG. With wide range, this savvy vet rocks crowds of varying palettes, and we can’t wait to see what he has in store for us!

In his zone from deep house to techno, Ben Annand pairs impeccably smooth mixing skills with a dynamic style that keeps the music moving, artfully playing with breakdowns and spending most of his time in the mix.

“For me, a great mix is the interplay of 2 unique pieces of music, creating something greater than the sum of the parts - and a great set weaves those mixes into a musical flow you can’t help but lose yourself in on the dance floor.”

Ben has been DJing internationally for 27 years with credits including Festimad (Spain), Wiggle at Fabric (UK), Propaganda (Russia), Labyrinth (Japan), Shambhala (Canada), Club Rimel, Aca World Sound Fest and BPM (Mexico), Desert Hearts and Lightning in a Bottle (USA). He has been resident DJ with California’s original full moon desert party, Moontribe, since 1998. The same year, he started his event company, Tropical, which has since produced over 100 events on the West Coast as well as 3 Hawaiian islands, and donated over $33,000 to nonprofits.

In 2022, Ben launched ‘Bridge to Paradise Music-Friendly Venue Booking,’, connecting event organizers with spectacular, brand-new event locations.

In 2026, Ben wears yet more hats, becoming social media manager for DJ Dan, Label Manager for InStereo Recordings, and Booking Agent for Listed Bookings.

Whatever his role, Ben Annand is always contributing, and always thinking outside the box.

Recently making her return, Dazy is absolutely killing it, and we’re so lucky to have her grace the decks for us this year! 🌸

DJ Dazy is a Los Angeles–based house DJ with deep roots in vinyl culture, collecting and playing records since 1991. With over three decades behind the decks, her sound blends soulful house, disco, and jackin’ grooves, always guided by feel and connection on the dance floor.

Founder of Sister DJs, she’s known for reading a room and building sets that move people, from daytime rooftops to intimate underground spaces and late-night sessions.

After stepping back for a period, she returned in 2024 with renewed energy, now playing both vinyl and digital while staying true to her roots.

Mikey V is a Los Angeles–based producer, DJ, and vocalist who has been a driving force in the West Coast underground house scene since the early 2000s.

With a versatile catalog of productions and vocal releases on labels including Classic Music Company, Hot Creations, Dirtybird, Robsoul, Sn**ch!, Moxy, Toolroom, and Strictly Rhythm, his sound spans everything from soulful, vocal-driven deep house to hypnotic, gritty tech house with an edge — delivering a wide sonic range and his signature sound. Mikey V has collaborated with industry heavyweights such as Riva Starr, Oliver Dollar, CamelPhat, DJ Sneak, Steve Bug, Sonny Fodera, Sacha Robotti, Phil Weeks, Gettoblaster, Brett Johnson, Nathan Barato, and more.

Beyond the booth and the studio, Mikey V is the founder of HAWT — a long-running Los Angeles underground party series and label that has earned a reputation for raw energy, good vibes and uncompromising dancefloor culture.

We’re going to be doing a spotlight series on our four guests, first up, our super talented homie from sunny San Diego, Matthew Brian!

Matthew Brian gets around. His love for music can be traced back to time well spent in Tennessee, Atlanta, Kansas City, and now San Diego. Spending years of his life working in record stores, running record labels, organizing and promoting events he was able to surround himself in the music as well as the ins and outs of the industry.

With over 20 years of Dj experience, Matt continues to play all over the country with the top names in underground house like Derrick Carter, Paul Johnson, Mark Farina, Luke Solomon, and Dj Sneak to name a few. His weekly event, House Music Fridays is a staple in the house community and features top notch artists from all over the world.

As a producer he’s established himself on labels like Sampled Recordings Detroit, Kolour Recordings, Late Night Jackin, Guesthouse, Jump Recordings, 1200 TRAXX, & Great Lakes Audio.

We’re bAAAaaack! After a year hiatus, as well as an unfortunate pause to our FRESH monthly due to our venue closing its doors (shout to them for graciously hosting us for over a year!), we’re returning with our annual shenanigans known as CAMP WEiRD!

We’re excited for an all 80’s sci-fi flix theme (yeeee). And sure to bring you a bangin lineup which includes our regulars plus some special guests TBA!
