The definitive and best-sounding version of the debut Giles Corey record from Have a Nice Life’s Dan Barrett is available on double vinyl and CD. The vinyl edition is available with the 150-page companion book and, for the first time, in an affordable version without it. “A Landless Earth,” a previously unreleased track included as bonus material on the double-LP editions, is available to stream now.

This edition has been restored and remastered by Richard Chowenhill of Flenser labelmates Agriculture and marks the long-awaited return of a landmark release from The Flenser catalog.

Announcement! The Flenser welcomes Ge***al Shame and shares “I Want to Die Before You,” the first single from her second album “Wellness Plan” out on October 30.

Erin Dawson’s approach is informed by a background in music education and classical guitar, which she brings to her own strange iteration of experimental music rooted in black metal. Wellness Plan, her second album and first with The Flenser is harmonically dense, with riffs and melodies folding into one another in unexpected ways. It draws from a tradition of weirdo black metal that treats the genre less as a fixed language than as something to pull apart, distort, and reassemble.
