Mid-air precision and peak energy at Chase Center. Atmosphere was electric from tip-off to the final whistle. Swipe through for a few favorite moments I captured with my camera from the court. The Golden State Valkyries are fun to watch and the whole experience is a great time! Playoff action to come soon. Are you following the Valkyries this season? Heads up if you're driving into SF right now—Dreamforce wrap-up traffic and city gridlock are in full effect! 🚗💥 How’s your commute looking? I saw a lot of gridlock conditions yesterday in the SOMA area and the Bay Bridge traffic has been borderline ridiculous. Have you been avoiding SF? Using transit?

Dreamforce 2026 has taken over San Francisco's Moscone Center. I stopped by to check it out and heard a lot of different languages being spoken and had a nice conversation with someone from Australia who was attending. I enjoyed hearing all the different DJs hired to entertain the conference attendees. I wouldn't recommend driving near the area as it was very crowded and slow on city streets nearby. Do you ever go check out events like this or do you stay away until they’re done?

I found this photo I took of the Twin Towers in 1998. It reminds me of the grace of that old skyline before we lost so much.
Today, we honor the memory of every innocent person whose life was taken and pay tribute to the incredible heroism of the men and women who gave their lives trying to save others. Their courage will always be a guiding light.
That day in 2001, I was on the air in San Francisco at KTVU, watching the news unfold. It didn’t seem real. I went home to an eerily quiet city, which was soon united by a sight I won't ever forget: American flags appearing outside many windows—on every street. I didn’t own a flag that day but I got one after that.

49ers fans travel well. This photo was taken with a 49ers fan I randomly saw at Stonehenge in England more than 5000 miles away from San Francisco. Although I forget this gentleman’s name, he told me he was from the Bay Area. This week the 49ers play in Melbourne, Australia which is about 7800 miles away from the Bay. Where is the farthest you’ve seen a Bay Area team represented?

Here is the view from my seats at last night’s Cal vs. UCLA game. Although the result was not what I wanted, we still had an excellent time at Memorial Stadium for a twilight start in Berkeley. When I was a student I stood in the student section (seen across to the left of the band in this photo). The students in that section never sit down. They stand for the whole game. I’d rather not do that anymore. 👴🏼😆 Go Bears! UC Berkeley

When I started watching traffic in the 1990s, I thought that by now they’d have it figured out. Well it’s 2026 and this morning on the Bay Bridge has doubled drives times due to a stalled truck. Going to San Francisco from Oakland? It’s going to take longer than usual.
