How to spot an agent worth referring in Ocala 🤩

It’s not just someone who knows the market or has hundreds of closings under their belt.

It's the agent who knows how to protect the people you send their way.

The agent worth referring is the one who can tell when a repair is worth pushing for, when an offer needs a closer look, when the house has red flags your friend might miss, or when the best advice is, “I know you love it, but I do not think this is the one.”

You are trusting someone with your friend, your coworker, your neighbor, or your family member, and I never forget that there is a real relationship behind every name sent my way.

AS GOOD AS IT SOUNDS, do NOT sign a 20+ year solar LEASE AGREEMENT for solar panels on your home.

You can PURCHASE AND FINANCE but a solar LEASE is a BAD IDEA!!!!!

Do NOT blindly trust the door knockers. If solar is something you would like on your home, PLEASE do your research and make sure you are not completely TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF by these solar companies. Do your due diligence, interview multiple companies, and ask the hard questions.

They are a dime a dozen and make money off of trapping clients who do not fully understand.
