We’re excited to feature The Yearling Restaurant in the new May/June issue of Ocala’s Good Life—a true Old Florida experience tucked away in Cross Creek.

With today’s wildfire activity in the area, conditions may be a bit different than usual. If you’re planning a visit, it’s a good idea to check on local smoke and road conditions before heading out.

When things are clear, it’s well worth pairing your meal with a stop at the nearby Marjorie Kinnan Rawlins Historic State Park—one of the most unique and peaceful spots in our region.

You don't have to be a horse lover to enjoy World Equestrian Center (but it sure helps if you are!). With the opening of their new Equestrian Manor, three new restaurants plus another bakery location should be more than enough reasons to visit. Two of the new dining venues offer spectacular rooftop vistas (with great views of our beautiful sunsets).
