Taking this to remind myself and others that taking a day to practice self care is ok. Trying my best to work on not feeling so guilty when I just rest during this point in my pregnancy. I have to remind myself that it’s ok if I don’t necessarily do anything as my body is doing one of the most incredible things, which is growing my son. 🤰👶Self care and self love are vital things to practice. Maybe this post can remind someone of that today. 😊

As the summer season comes to a close, I always feel a little sad. This time though, I also have quite a lot to look forward to! In March, my whole life will change as I add to my family and welcome my first child. 👶🤰 So while I won’t be swimming as much, I’ll still have that passion for mermaiding. Maybe I’ll even get my kid to swim with me! Here’s to this summer we enjoyed, and to next year soon to come in a few months, and everything that will come with it!

Thought I would share some photos my hubby took of me when we visited the Mermaid Museum last month! It was such a fun experience, and I recommend it to anyone with a love for Merfolk!
