It takes courage and perseverance to venture out of our comfort zone, because it can be very scary. ๐ฌ
Our brain๐ง is constantly attempting to deceive us into believing that staying the same is safe, comfortable, and secure, which leads to self-destructive behaviors and limiting beliefs.
This is how brains function.
It has happened to me, as well as so many others. I know the game and have played it for too long... I didn't get anything done because of procrastination... It was the fear that was keeping me from moving forward and taking action.
When I โ stopped listening to my instincts and started taking action, everything began to change. โจ
Every time you consider undertaking something new, you are probably besieged by negative thoughts like what-ifs, fears, limited beliefs, self-delusions, excuses, procrastination, and so on.
Am I correct?
Every once in a while, we envision how we want to live in the future. ๐ฎ
However, we usually accept the hand that we are dealt rather than creating our reality.
Fear of failure has a firm grip on us.
So here is a friendly reminder: Don't be concerned about failure, be concerned about staying where you are today!!! ๐ฅ
The only person who can alter your life is YOU.
If you wish to alter your present reality but are not willing to act, you must get out of your own way.
Imagine your perfect life right now.
Where would you be living?
What would your house look like? What would you be doing for enjoyment?
Who would you be with?
Where would you be travelling?
What sort of job would you have? How much money would you be making?
What would a perfect day in your life look like?
You are the ONLY obstacle between your present life and your DREAM ๐ซlife.
