Another year of growth and another year of great shows. Sometimes as just one person running an entire stage worth of sound and light Production can be a handful and at times stressful but I wouldn't trade it for any other seat or access in any venue cause I'll always say I have the best seat in the house. Accolades and pointless empty participation ribbons and trophy's mean nothing when the ones winning them can't or don't put in the work or time and it's simply a popularity contest or a flawed system where a dog wins best cat award and a scientist wins coach of the year whilst never coaching a day in their life. Where if you aren't in the click you're buried underneath the talentless, the clueless, and uneducated. Just cause you say your an apple but you're a coconut one day and the next you're a business with no business trying to tell me my business isn't gonna gain you business. The need for acknowledgement and recognition and the need to feed ones ego is just ugly and sick as drug addiction and it don't look good on anyone. So I will call bu****it and if the shoe fits do be sure to wear it but just know we all see through it and know we're coming and it isn't for any awards or acknowledgement.
