This guy was like 7000 people's boss in the Ogden area, but if you've never worked at IRS you probably don't know him.

Ogden IRS is a community within a community, and even though it's Weber County's biggest employer, we don't really talk about it a lot.

Turns out there are a bunch of stories to tell.

Jerry Heschel was SP Director, AM Director, National SP Director. He led major actions like RIFs, reorgs, and sweeping process changes. He was lead negotiator on National Agreements opposite the union. He is an expert at doing things by the book.
