Hermon-DeKalb Scout Troop 144 will be hosting the the 10th Annual Christmas Caroling and Food Drive event! Join us on Friday the 19th from 6-7:30pm for a fun night of Christmas cheer!! We will meet at the Hermon Court House. Please come around 5:45pm so that we may start promptly at 6pm and we will aim to be back at the court house around 7pm. Then stay to enjoy some hot cocoa and homemade cookies.

On Dec. 20 at 5:30 p.m., the DeKalb Junction Volunteer Fire Department will hold their annual meet and greet with Santa on the fire truck, kids will have the chance to meet Mr and Mrs Claus and receive a sweet treat. The parade will travel around the hamlet starting on Gibson Street, Caroline Street, Wells Street, CR 17, Second Street, School Street and ending on Green Street.
