Solon City Council had to approve a new LPA agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the Diverging Diamond project at the US 422 and Harper Road interchange. But the reason for the new agreement was a good one, as the city received an additional $2 million in Local Government High Priority (earmark) grant funding to be used for the project, and any funding changes require signing a new agreement.
