“I'm excited to play at PRIDE because I believe no one should be hated or judged for who they love or how they live. Music has always been a way to bring people together and PRIDE is the ultimate celebration of love, diversity, and community. I'm here to support, uplift, and help create a space where everyone can just be who they are and love who they love. Being able to contribute to that energy while behind the decks means the world to me!”

“Having Pride in Venango County means a lot to me. I have family members in the LGBT community, and also many friends. Professionally, I have DJ'd at many LGBTQ+ venues, clubs, and events such as Utopia Video Nightclub in Youngstown, Cruz Bar in Pittsburgh, and RockOut at Slippery Rock University. I've always believed that letting people be themselves and loving who you want is the very core of human right. Nobody should be told who they can and cannot love just because it clashes with somebody else's beliefs. I want to show people that being yourself is okay, and you are loved and welcome at my table. We can learn a lot from each other if we just take the time to sit, listen, and understand.”

"Having pride in Venango means so much to me, because it reminds us that even in what can feel like a sea of hate, we are not alone—there is a community here that stands with us."

“I think the best thing about having Pride here is seeing everyone come together and just love each other, and accept each other. Seeing everyone have somewhere, someone and something to belong to. A lot of my childhood, I didn’t feel like I belonged anywhere. It’s incredible to see people not have to feel that way, and that’s important, in my eyes.
Love one another, with no exemptions
