Ventura County Fair’s annual Grandstand Concert Series, set to run from opening day on July 30 to Aug. 6, brings a little bit of country, a little bit of rock 'n' roll, and a whole lot of hip hop and rap by quintessential artists from the ’80s to the late aughts.
