The key feature will be the HPA over Japan and China. How far does that ridge go down will be the key to the track of any possible tropical system. Right now in the current forecast the HPA ridge is down in Luzon which would block any further movement North but we still have a week to track this and see how everything unfolds.

Tropical Depression Verbena is now entering Agutaya in Palawan Island. It will bring heavy rainfall.

Moderate rainfall- Romblon, Batangas, Quezon Province, Occidental Mindoro, Aurora Baler, Laoag, Ilocos Sur.

Light rainfall- Northern Mindanao, Some parts of Central Visayas and Western Luzon.
