Buffalo Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded cheddar (optional)
- Cherry tomatoes or cucumber slices for garnish (optional)
- Tortilla chips or crunchy snacks for texture (optional)
Instructions:
1. Toss the cooked chicken with buffalo wing sauce until well coated.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine celery and red onion.
3. Add the buffalo chicken to the vegetable mixture.
4. Drizzle with ranch or blue cheese dressing and gently toss to combine.
5. Sprinkle with blue cheese or shredded cheddar if desired.
6. Serve as is, or garnished with cherry tomatoes or cucumber slices.
Optional: Serve with a side of sliced bell peppers, carrot sticks, or spicy roasted chickpeas for extra crunch.
