🔥 Cheesy Lasagna Roll-Ups — all the cozy flavor of classic lasagna, rolled into individual portions with creamy ricotta, seasoned beef, marinara, and lots of melty mozzarella. Perfect for an easy family dinner! ❤️

Ingredients

8–10 lasagna noodles

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cups marinara sauce

15 oz ricotta cheese

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste

Chopped parsley, optional

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cook lasagna noodles until al dente, then drain and lay flat.

3. Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet. Drain excess grease and stir in about 1 cup marinara sauce.

4. In a bowl, mix ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

5. Spread the ricotta mixture over each noodle, then add a thin layer of the beef mixture.

6. Roll each noodle up tightly.

7. Spread marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish and place the rolls seam-side down.

8. Spoon more sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella.

9. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

10. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning

1 tube refrigerated pizza crust

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

6–8 cheddar cheese sticks, optional

2 tbsp melted butter

Salsa, for serving

Sour cream, for serving

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400°F (205°C).

2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, drain excess grease, then stir in taco seasoning.

3. Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into rectangles.

4. Add seasoned beef, shredded cheese, and a small piece of cheese stick to each rectangle.

5. Roll tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.

6. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with a little extra seasoning if desired.

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef

4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed

1 can tomato sauce

Salt and black pepper to taste

Perfect over hot white rice for a cozy dinner.

Ingredients:
• 2 lbs thinly sliced beef
• 1 green bell pepper, sliced
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 cup beef broth
• ⅓ cup soy sauce
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp ground ginger
• 2 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
• Cooked white rice

Directions:

1. Add beef, peppers, onion, garlic, and tomatoes to the slow cooker.
2. Mix broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire, brown sugar, ginger, and pepper. Pour over everything.
3. Cook on LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours.
4. Stir in cornstarch mixed with water during the last 20–30 minutes.
5. Serve hot over white rice with plenty of sauce.

🔥 These Taco Stuffed Shells are the perfect taco night + pasta night mashup! Cheesy, saucy, and super easy for a family dinner.

Ingredients:
• 20–24 jumbo pasta shells
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• 1 can Rotel, drained
• 1 cup salsa
• 1½ cups shredded Mexican-blend cheese
• ½ cup sour cream, optional
• Green onions for topping

Directions:

1. Cook shells until just tender and drain.

2. Brown the beef, then stir in taco seasoning, Rotel, and a little salsa.

3. Mix in some cheese until the filling is nice and cheesy.
