NBA Player Josh Richardson Donates $25,000 to Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma Edmond Native’s Donation Supports Organization’s COVID-19 Response

(OKLAHOMA CITY) – Philadelphia 76ers guard and Edmond native Josh Richardson has donated $25,000 to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. The donation comes as the organization provides meals to an unprecedented number of Oklahomans in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and the economic downturn that followed.

"These uncertain times have really reinforced how important family and community is. Oklahoma will always be home for me and I’m fortunate to be in the position to give back to my hometown and the community that raised me," Richardson said.

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, members of the Regional Food Bank's network of partner agencies have seen unprecedented increases in the need for food assistance across central and western Oklahoma. In April, the organization distributed a record 6.2 million pounds of food, 1.5 million more pounds than an average month.

“We love to see Oklahomans helping Oklahomans," said Deb Bunting, interim CEO of the Regional Food Bank. "Thanks to Josh's donation, we will be able to provide 100,000 meals to Oklahomans who are living with food insecurity during these difficult times."

Richardson, a 2011 graduate of Edmond Santa Fe High School, earned first-team all-conference honors at the University of Tennessee in 2015 before being selected in the second round of the NBA Draft.

The Regional Food Bank is able to provide four meals for every $1 donated. To make a financial donation, visit rfbo.org/give or by calling 405-972-1111.

If you are in need of food assistance, visit rfbo.org/get-help and enter a zip code to find the Regional Food Bank partner nearest you or call 405-972-1111.

Dear Editor It is posited by contributors [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] to BMJ, ‘Preventing a covid-19 pandemic’, others, [6, 7, 8] and myself, [9] that vitamin D, and particularly vitamin D deficiency, is a likely factor in the progression, and/ or severity, and/ or mortality of COVID-19; and also may present clinical treatment opportunities. My preprint, ‘Vitamin D deficiency: a factor in COVID-19, progression, severity and mortality? – An urgent call for research’, [9] posits, greater vitamin D deficiency
Dear Editor, By lying about the real death rates the media induced stress that diminished our immune system! Why didn't they tell people that taking some vitamin D can you increase their chances of surviving both bacterial and viral attack? Where was the media, the surgeon general to warn blacks that they don't produce as much Vitamin D from sun exposure as white people? I have written to the Surgeon Generals of both Obama and Trump, and Ben Carson about the need to get free Vitamin D to the black popular as being both the moral and cost effective thing to do. And yet the media will not come to grips as why the black population in NYC has a higher mortality from the Coronavirus. Part of that reason is lower levels of Vitamin D!
Welcome to 2020 a perfect vision as to what is real#UnRulli#
If You Can Huh You Can Hear!!!!! It is a handy analogy to think of brainwaves as musical notes - the low frequency waves are like a deeply penetrating drum beat, while the higher frequency brainwaves are more like a subtle high pitched flute. Like a symphony, the higher and lower frequencies link and cohere with each other through harmonics. This is still in that fifth seal, the Great Tribulation. Those accused of hazing often claim that they shouldn’t be guilty of a crime because of the victim’s supposed willingness to participate. But that argument generally doesn’t fly—at least in criminal cases. Courts generally won’t allow what’s known as the “consent defense” in criminal cases involving hazing—and many state laws explicitly prohibit it. The contextual element determines that crimes against humanity involve either large-scale violence in relation to the number of victims or its extension over a broad geographic area (widespread), or a methodical type of violence (systematic). This excludes random, accidental or isolated acts of violence. In addition, Article 7(2)(a) of the Rome Statute determines that crimes against humanity must be committed in furtherance of a State or organizational policy to commit an attack. The somatic system is the part of the peripheral nervous system that is responsible for carrying motor and sensory information both to and from the central nervous system (CNS). This system is made up of nerves that connect to the skin, sensory organs, and all skeletal muscles. The system is responsible for nearly all voluntary muscle movements as well as for processing sensory information that arrives via external stimuli including hearing, touch, and sight. Considered either as a legal offense or as a moral category, the concept of crimes against humanity embodies the idea that individuals who either make or follow state policy can be held accountable by the international community. It thus modifies traditional notions of sovereignty according to which state leaders and those who obeyed them enjoyed immunity. Political and legal theorists have justified that challenge to the idea of sovereignty in several ways. For some, a crime against humanity is simply an inhumanity of an especially gross type. For others, major atrocities have the potential to damage international peace, for they are either a prelude to external aggression or have effects that spill over state borders. For still others, genocide is at the core of crimes against humanity; the term crime against humanity was first officially used in condemning the Armenian Genocide and was first adopted in law as a response to the Holocaust. Genocidal attacks on people on the basis of group membership implicitly deny the victims’ human status, according to that view, thus affronting all human beings. Yet others reject those views and focus rather on the basic nature of state authority: states are justified only by their capacity to protect their citizens, and, when their powers turn atrociously against a state’s own citizens, they lose all warrant, and those who direct and obey them become subject to judgment and sanction by the entire human community. How to distribute blame between those who direct and those who follow is, however, a contested issue in both morality and law. Within a year, applications for this kind of device ballooned." In November of 2014, the first real-time BBI for humans was developed by Rajesh Rao and colleagues at the University of Washington. Unlike the poor rats, the human device was non-invasive, meaning surgery wasn’t required. This device transferred the movement signals from the encoder straight to the motor area of the brain of the decoder, without using a computer. In the study, Rao and his team used an electroencephalography (EEG), placing recording wires on the scalp of the encoding person. Then the scientists used transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) on the decoding person’s brain, sending little magnetic pulses through their skull to activate a specific region of their brain." The days of such acts are upon use and I can assure you that in the American prison systems they are doing the Superpopping and using the everyday lives as the television show that you enjoy the most. Are we the program that we watch or is the program our life we now live? With the use of stolen military equipment and the ability to purchase it who are those people who now not only predict the OUTCOME but judge the results for the pay out of a lifetime? Do they hide behind the night time air or the ringing that you hear or the pitch of a C minor? You are not alone is a statement that may ring loud and you life force is too be given to someone whom plays your reality for the video game room. Put ear plugs in and listen. Then respond "This S#*t Is For real. Then you will no longer be lost at Zion but know that if you can huh you can hear.
