The Tulsa Police Department is actively looking for 20-year-old Karmelo Shannon.

Shannon is accused of assaulting and robbing a 90-year-old woman inside Woodland Hills Mall.

According to TPD, the woman was standing at the Bitcoin machine depositing a large amount of cash when two males saw her and started watching her.

There are three things that are worth paying attention to in the recent arrest of Ky Corley, a Oklahoma attorney, son of 9th Judicial District of Oklahoma Judge Phillip C. Corley ( Payne & Logan Counties), and relative of Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond.

1.) This is the second DUI arrest of Corley, who plead guilty to driving under the influence in Oklahoma County District Court in 2020. At that time the Oklahoma Bar Association opened an investigation but did not issue any disciplinary measures against Corley for his conviction.

2.) The current case is before Payne County Special District Judge Katherine E. Thomas in Payne County District Court. Corley's father is the head of this District Court, and there has been no change of venue motions filed in this matter.

3.) As of this date, there is no record of proceedings either published on OSCN or in the Payne County Court Clerks Office, despite it being confirmed by Max Cook (Creek County District Attorney) that he has traveled to Stillwater for a hearing that was passed until June of this year.
