For the record...we at the Moore Monthly have tremendous respect and appreciation for our local police officers and the challenging job they do.

πŸ’™January 9th is National Law Enforcement Appreciation DayπŸ’™
Today, we recognize and thank our fellow law enforcement partners across the nation. Your unwavering dedication, sacrifice, and commitment to service do not go unnoticed.

Every day, you selflessly serve your communities, schools, and the state you protect, often putting others before yourselves.

If you see a law enforcement officer today, take a moment to say hello and thank them for their continued commitment to protect and serve. πŸš”

MNTC Board President, Kim Nguyen-Aguilar's reflection of 2025 as a board member involves the relationships and connections formed with the most amazing people.

β€œThe most impactful moments of 2025 weren't tied to a single policy, event, or meeting, but seeing how collaboration between educators, families, and the community translate into opportunities for our students.” states Nguyen-Aguilar.

For 2026, she sees a new year representing more opportunities to build on our progress and keep students at the heart of everything we do.

We are lucky to have Kim Nguyen-Aguilar serve on the MNTC Board of Education.

Dedicated to public education, school board members across the state are committed to providing every opportunity possible to students in their community. January is School Board Recognition Month, providing a chance to honor our five elected school board members for their dedication and service.

Our sincere appreciation goes out to MNTC Board of Education members:
Kim Nguyen-Aguilar, President (Zone 1, Office 1) Years 2022-Current
Dr. James Griffith, Vice President (Zone 2, Office 2) Years 2017-Current
