This branding session with Zoe was all about capturing the realness behind her book, Poems of a Burned Out Toddler Mom

Her poetry is written to help working moms feel seen. To pause. Reflect. And maybe laugh a little…instead of just numbing out with another scroll

For her branding shoot, I wanted to capture beautiful headshots she could use for her website & promotion and the joyful celebration of publishing her book

Hand drawn holiday wrapping paper by the incredibly talented

Last year I received the cutest gift from Jenny in a hand drawn gift bag and I’ve been pestering her ever since to make this a real thing
✨
So when she asked me to do a product shoot for her holiday themed wrapping paper I liiiiiterally squealed with joy. Because friends. Look 👏 at 👏 how 👏 cute 👏 these 👏 are!!!!!

Since she needs these images to do double duty for social media and website product listing, we went into this photoshoot with purpose:

‘Hey, wanna see something cool?’ is seriously my favorite phrase to hear a kiddo ask during a family photoshoot

Because, yes, I do want to see something cool. Especially if it’s putting a fluffy flufferson chicken in a planting pot

And then add a flower from the garden so the chicken feels fancy? Sign me up!

While I’m always aiming to snap *The Framer* where the entire family is looking at the camera and smiling their best winning smile, these in between moments and kiddo inspired ideas are my absolute favorite
✨
Those pics always capture the magic of childhood and true joy. And that right there is what made me fall in love with photography allllll those years ago

There is something so powerful about slowing down to tune in

The Vin to Yin yoga flow melted away the noise, while guided journaling created space for deeper reflection
✨
The thought put into every detail, every movement & every journaling prompt made the experience feel so incredibly intentional and grounding
✨
It was an experience that reminded attendees that rest & reflection can amplify the magic already within us
✨
