Imagine this...
you wake one morning in the body
of the person you love most.

Every scar,
every freckle,
every breath now rests in your keeping.

You walk careful,
not because the floor is fragile,
but because the soul inside this vessel
is one you treasure too deeply to break.

You would feed them gentle foods,
teach their lungs the rhythm of rest,
let their bones taste the sun,
and guard their mind
like a flame cupped between your palms.

You would hush the storm inside their chest,
remind them of their worth
when the mirror forgets to be kind,
and cradle their weariness
until it softens into sleep.

And after a year...
when it was time to hand them back their body,
you would want to return it whole,
not only unbroken,
but stronger, steadier,
radiant with love well-kept.

Now...
what if the body you wake in each morning
is already yours?

What if you are both the guardian
and the beloved?

The question shifts...
not how you would care for them,
but how you will choose
to love yourself
with the same reverence,
the same tenderness,
the same devotion
you give away so freely.

Start there.
Love yourself
as though you are sacred...
because you are.

The glory of it ...even in hysterics I managed to say " it's gonna be a 3 hour ride right?" 😭😭😭😭

And my son, love him more than life itself looks at me and says "mom...how high are you?!? What are you talking about?"

And by this time I can't speak. Im laughing, crying, and trying to breathe all at once

I left most of all my kitchen stuff my spices my utensils my knives 😭😭😭

This was a science project to say the least.

I used bone broth for my base added a little extra water some oregano and garlic to the broth..because of the meat I seared the roast with some garlic and some pepper and a little Tony Ch'cheres we're going to see how this turns out.

Crock pot was my birthday present from Christal Strimple I love you woman...and that has become my favorite cooking appartus from now on.

I need crock-Pot recipes people!!

Id like to think I'm an equal mix... But in reality I think I take turns ..😁
