PSA

Let’s set this straight, once and for all.
Bodies change.
They stretch. They scar. They heal. They carry. They rebuild. They age.
Some marks come from growth.
From weight loss, weight gain, muscle, life, time.
From pushing your body, from living in it fully, from becoming something new. Some marks come from surgery. From illness. From healing. From fighting your way back.

And yes…. Some come from darker places.
From abuse. From assault. From moments that never should’ve happened.
All of it is real.
All of it is valid.
All of it is part of the story written into someone’s skin.

So when you judge someone’s body…
when you laugh at stretch marks, point at scars, or whisper about “imperfections”…
You are speaking on something you don’t understand. You don’t know if that mark came from growth… or survival.
And the fact that you’re willing to tear it down either way?

That says everything about you.

Let me make bark extra loud right now so those in the back can here:
Stretch marks are not flaws. They are evidence of change. Scars are not ugly. They are proof of healing. Bodies are not here for your approval.

If your confidence depends on picking apart someone else’s body, then you don’t have confidence! you have insecurity with a loud mouth. You need to look in the mirror and have a serious conversation with yourself!

This community is supposed to be a place where people can exist without armor.
Where they can breathe.
Where they can show up in their skin without being dissected like a problem to fix.

So if you’re bringing that judgment into these spaces? YOU ARE THE PROBLEM! Not the bodies you’re talking about.
We don’t do that here.
We don’t tolerate it.
We don’t laugh it off.
We correct it. We shut it down. We do better.

And to anyone out there looking at their own body and feeling like they have to hide…

STOP!

You are not damaged.
You are not less.
You are not something to apologize for.
You are a living record of everything you’ve been through!
The growth, the struggle, the survival, the comeback.
That is power. That is truth. That is real.

So stand in it. Own it. Take up space.
And if anyone has something to say about your body?
They can take that weak energy somewhere else!
because we’re not entertaining it.
We stand for real bodies.
We stand for respect.
We stand for each other.

No exceptions. No excuses. No bu****it.

Unleash the love and let the world feel it!
