On March 9th, Lifeline Project hosted a night of encouragement. This event was to help those struggling mentally by using self-care activities and a speaker from the American Foundation of Su***de Prevention, Audrey Bonn. However, it wasn't just for those who are struggling, but to teach people how to support those who are struggling with mental health and suicidal ideation.

This is important because no matter the person, their life is worth living. Mental health can be easily overlooked, and it needs to be shared why it’s so important. Especially if you can help those around you who are struggling.

Keep a calendar!

Whether it's written in a planner or in an app on your phone, have a place to keep track of classes and assignments. As someone who has never been good at scheduling (or keeping track of anything really), taking the time to input my assignments and class schedule into a calendar / planner app has saved me! It can be difficult at first, but it's extremely beneficial in the long run. So don’t put it off, find a system that works for you today!!⚡
