A backseat driver competition is great family fun. Several agricultural fairs across New England offer this contest, open to fair attendees who dare to try it.
Some use a lawn tractor. Some use a hand cart. Litchfield ME use the old white jeep with the passenger seat that faces backwards. And I've seen a similar wheelbarrow contest, open to kids participating in 4-H programs.

This photo is from Boston at the 2017 parade of sail. Weather was hazy (not rain) and the parade included 56 ships.

An experimental bird blind for photographing birds from my porch.

I bought the privacy shade ($30) with intent to cut a hole in it. Reinforced the sides of the hole with 1" webbing and E6000 glue.

This past wednesday webinar was genuinely interesting - regarded VLOS and presented a case study of a 2025 collision between a search&rescue helicopter and a UAS operated officially for the state of Texas.
Of the many interesting insights: when a helicopter pilot sees a spec in the sky, he/she will rightfully assume its a bird and the bird will manuever to avoid.
UAS pilots can consider using anti-collision lighting (blinking) even in daytime; that could inform a helicopter the spec is not a bird.

From 2021 to today, there have been approximately 10 collisions between manned aircraft and sUAS.
4 confirmed because the drone was found
6 highly probably ... the sUAS was lost and never identified
