Here’s the rundown:

-We are breaking down all the major news from the last week. Beginning with the latest in the NFL. The Broncos starting running back J.K. Dobbins is out for the year after having foot surgery, the New England Patriots have won eight straight games as they improve to a league best 9-2 record, and that's just the first quarter of the show.

-The NBA and NHL seasons continue to excite fans with a new era of sports stars taking over. The young and scrappy Detroit Pistons have won 9 straight games as they sit atop the Eastern Conference. In the west, the Oklahoma City Thunder are off to a successful defense of their NBA championship, with a league best 13-1
record. Meanwhile in the NHL, New York Islanders rookie defenseman Matthew Schaefer, has gotten the Islanders going with an overtime goal, becoming the youngest player in league history to score in OT, at just 18 years old. Sadly, the New Jersey Devils star 24-year-old center, Jack Hughes has been placed on the
8-week injury list following finger surgery. The young stars of the 2020’s have arrived.

-The gambling scandal that has rocked Major League Baseball, continues to be a source of controversy and news. This time with the US Congress stepping up to the plate to preserve America’s pastime. This story continues to develop with MLB choosing earlier this week to put certain restrictions on their betting partners. Sports betting in the US has been a controversial issue over the last few years, with the Emmanuel Clase and Luis Ortiz scandal fueling the fire.

-Every NFL week has winners and losers, join us as we recap the top five biggest winners and losers of the
week. After that the hosts Denis Tuohy and Josh Gable will predict next week’s winners.
