Graduating from USF with a Marketing degree in 1996, Mike took an interest to the internet and website design. Being a weather fan his entire life and living through Florida's active 2004 season, Mike created a weather website to make tracking the tropics easy. Joining Facebook in 2009, his audience has expanded globally now reaching over a million followers with his website becoming the 'one stop

shop for tropics'. Mike's Weather Page has been accredited by NOAA, the NWS, FEMA, the Hurricane Hunters, local meteorologists, the Weather Channel, Government officials, and even his own hometown Pinellas county EOC. Mike just recently won the 2021 Governor's Hurricane Conference Tropical Meteorology award. Mike is not a meteorologist. He frequently reminds people of this and refers the NWS/NHC for official information and forecasts.

Some ensembles showing weak low remaining and mingling with frontal line next week along the upper Gulf. Rains yes. Anything more showing low chances. www.spaghettimodels.com

Seeing some buzz on low pressure leftovers trying to form in the Gulf next week. Mainly because some AI ensembles are showing low pressure spaghetti models. IMO this isn't going to happen. This is where if it doesn't then interpretation of these tools gets confusing. What I see is a front line coming down early week. Picks up the 10% NHC spot to watch in the BOC now that is likely entering Mexico. Merges. Upping bigger rain chances across the upper Gulf. Too much land interaction. Too little time. And likely big shear. All keeps things unorganized. But with the stronger jet dipping south the chances for storms seems possible. A little more than usual. We will sea. www.spaghettimodels.com
