WOCR 89.1 FM, The One The University of Olivet's student-run, FCC-licensed radio station on the UOlivet campus in Olivet, Charles G. In 2010 the station switched frequencies to 89.1.

WOCR is a student-run, non-commercial, FCC-licensed, educational radio station found in the Kirk Center on the campus of The University of Olivet. WOCR came on the air in April of 1975 as a 10-watt FM educational license radio station operating at a frequency of 89.7. Mefford was the first general manager, obtaining an FCC license and the WOCR call letters, building the studios/tower, and training

a staff. No matter where you are, you can listen to WOCR for music, weather, news, information on events taking place on campus, podcasts, video, and sports coverage and commentary. You don’t need to be a Media Production & Communication Major to join, it’s open to anyone willing to learn! It’s not too late to add WOCR Practicum to your fall schedule!
