Hello Everyone,
I wanted to let all of my friends, music fans and artists know that Vital Records is currently on hold until I retire in the next 2-5 years. My wife and I are currently in the process of opening our fourth restaurant. I am also working full time still as an accountant. We also just purchased a second, retirement home, an historic, five acre estate, on a private island, that we will be remodeling soon. Consequently, I am insanely busy with work, our restaurants, new home and family obligations. As much as I have enjoyed helping all of the amazing artists, in the greater Olympia area over the past few years, unfortunately, I no longer have the free time to devote to running a record label. I currently, barely have any time to use my recording studio, even for my own music projects. This all may change when I retire, so I am keeping the Vital Records trademark current and business alive but at the moment, the company is on hold and the website is no longer up. I appreciate all of the hard work and dedication that so many of my friends, family and all of the talented artists have put forth, to try and help me achieve my dream, of having a small, indie record label, for artists, run by artists. It was a pleasure and privilege working with you all and I am forever grateful to everyone involved for sharing my vision. It was a lot of fun, a rewarding, life experience and we put out a bunch of great new music from the Northwest !
