Have you heard about the latest proposal to pay stay-at-home parents $9,000 per child/year?

As a stay-at-home mom who will soon have two little ones at home, an extra $18,000 a year would be a huge boost for our family's savings.

Parenting at home is full-time work, so seeing financial support discussed feels like a big step!

At the same time, I see why it's sparking so much debate. Some worry it could push women out of the workforce, and it's disappointing that it leaves out single or unmarried moms who need financial relief just as much.

What are your thoughts on this? I'd love to hear where you all land!

Whatever it takes to get her to like (at least the idea of) vegetables! 😅

I lost 100 pounds because I wanted my daughter to grow up seeing me work out and eat healthy foods.

Modeling it every day is so worth it, even when she's in charge of the fork!

30 weeks pregnant and up 50 lbs… after losing 100. 🤰🏻

And surprisingly? I’m at peace with it.

To gain 50 lbs strictly from surplus calories would be roughly the equivalent of 44 gallons of ice cream on top of my normal meal🍦😅

Pregnancy weight is baby, placenta, fluid, increased blood volume, tissue, energy stores… and yes, some fat too.

Right now, my job isn’t weight loss. It’s growing a human. 🤍

Most days I don’t even want to get out of bed, let alone put on real clothes, but my toddler doesn’t exactly give me a choice. 😂
Today a new dress arrived, I actually put on makeup, and we took some maternity photos! I don’t know if this will be my last pregnancy or not, but at least I’ll look back at these and think, “Wow, I actually looked well-groomed, feminine, and happy.” 🌸✨
